I was upset and I sent in a nasty gram. The customer service agent was super kind and offered to send me another, begrudgingly I agreed. At this point, I didn't put the skin on my iPhone because I was going to return it. However, I decided to wait to try again on the iPad. The second time was a success. Relieved I tried to put on the iPhone skin. I ordered the wrong one. I wrote back to the Customer Service team, telling them that the new iPad skin went on the second time much easier (after practice obviously). Then I told them I was an idiot and ordered the wrong iPhone skin. The promptly sent another for the correct model. That skin went on wonderfully. Here's the deal. I was frustrated with the product, but Fishskyn helped make it right. I will recommend . Once the skins are applied, the work great and look great too.
