Not happy with your skin? Here is what to do.

If the skin has not been peeled off the backing paper and it is in unused condition, you may receive a full refund. Please include your receipt in the package and write on it “return for refund.” You may choose how to send it but USPS ground is your cheapest option. Return it to:

It can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.

Ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange for another design.

On the receipt or a piece of paper write what you are exchanging it for and return any unused sides to:

Once we receive your return we will send out the requested skin.

Messed up installing your skin?

No problem, we understand mistakes happen. We love our customers and want to hook you up. Send us an email to info@fishskyn.com with photos of the skin you misapplied, your order number, full name, and what piece you need replaced.

Skin came wrinkled

We are so sorry it came bent ! That can be frustrating. We can definitely send you a new one, but first give it a try applying it. Luckily, we buy high end material so that in situations like this, our skins can adapt to anything and they smooth out completely looking good as new. Watch the tutorial video here on our website. If it's still not perfect no worries! We will be sure to send you a new skin.
