Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If there is an issue with your product, please reach out to us at info@fishskyn.com. We want all of our customers to have a great experience with their new Fishskyn!

Refunds (if applicable)

Please make sure to send a photo of the return package and/or receipt to our email (info@fishskyn.com) when returning a product so we can confirm and issue the correct refund amount for you as soon as possible. It can take up to 14 business days for the refund to process into your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fishskyn.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not provide return shipping labels. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
