Returns
We are pleased to accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 30 days of the date your order was received. The product must not have been used, applied or removed from the wax paper backing. All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days or we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
We do not provide return shipping labels and cannot refund return shipping costs.
We have a strict no return policy for all custom products.
When making a return, please send an email to info@fishskyn.com with a photo of the return receipt, tracking information, and/or return receipt so we can verify and issue a refund or process an exchange for you as soon as possible.
How do I make a return?
If the skin has not been peeled off the backing paper and it is in unused condition, you may receive a full refund. Please include your receipt in the package and write on it “return for refund.” You may choose how to send it but USPS ground is your cheapest option.

It can take up to 10 days for a refund to process into your account.
We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If a product is used or has previously been applied, we will reject the return and send the used product(s) back to you. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have sent a photo of the return package and/or receipt to us at info@fishskyn.com, we will issue your refund as soon as possible.
Damaged/Wrong size
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email info@fishskyn.com and include a picture of the defective or damaged item and your order number and we will get a replacement out to you right away.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different design or device, you are able to do so by contacting us within 30 days of the date your order was placed. The product must not have been used, applied or removed from the wax paper backing. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges. Custom products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
