After an email later within 3 hours I got a response and the lovely staff helped me resolve the issue very quickly. They offered to send me a new skin for free with proof that it was the wrong size. The lady that assisted me was super-super nice and understanding. In addition, the products are extremely nice materials. They look like lots of other branded products, but they have a matte-resin feel. Similar to laminate material. Which makes it super shiny and prevents texture damage.
