After an email later within 3 hours I got a response and the lovely staff helped me resolve the issue very quickly. They offered to send me a new skin for free with proof that it was the wrong size. The lady that assisted me was super-super nice and understanding. In addition, the products are extremely nice materials. They look like lots of other branded products, but they have a matte-resin feel. Similar to laminate material. Which makes it super shiny and prevents texture damage. Patterns are cute and the quality of the images and texts on the skins are the equivalent of a 4k screen. Super clean and crisp. I appreciate you so much Fishkyn!!!!
