United StatesCustomer service was incredibly responsive and helped me customize my order to include different patterns with no issue. The installation instructions were super helpful, although I will warn you to place the skin VERY lightly until you are 100% sure its in the right spot. The skins prevent the irritation caused by my laptop’s aluminum shell and has prevented all sorts of nicks and scratches on the surface! One more warning: this skin does NOT protect the sides of your laptop- the edges and corners are still susceptible to scratches so if you’re very nervous about protecting your laptop from heavy usage a hardshell case might be a better option. Overall I love this product. It offers the perfect amount of surface protection from usage as a graduate student and travels well when paired with a laptop sleeve. One last note- the colors tend to be a bit lighter and brighter in person than they appear on the website.
