United StatesGreat customer service. Positioning the skin exactly right on the machine is not the easiest thing in the world but if you follow the directions you should be able to install without too much trouble.
United StatesI recommend looking for the instruction video first, they really take the anxiety out of the installation. Definitely clean your work area first, including the pet hair from your shirt. Okay, one or two hairs will be embedded in my installation, could be worse. LOL. The covering was easy to reposition as necessary, to pull out any air bubbles, etc. It was a lot easier than I expected. I absolutely LOVE the graphic on this item. It is such a treat closing up my laptop and finding this lovely covering, and it helps prevent slipping too.

United StatesThe colors on this skin are stunning (just like the slot canyons they are from). This is my second skin for my Mac, it went on as easily as the first! (It did take some patience to get the first one off - the adhesive comes off clean but it takes effort!).
